The Most Vegan Burger Ever

There's no doubt that I have created the most vegan burger ever. You all might think that this probably would taste like cardboard (because most people relate healthy version to tasting like cardboard) but with the right ingredients this burger is very satisfying visually and gastronomically. You can probably eat 5 of these and not feel guilty one bit. Try it and you'll see what I'm taking about.
What you will be needing:
Portobello mushroom caps
Avocado
White Onions
Grilled eggplant
Cucumber
Sea Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Chili flakes
Olive Oil
Finnes Herbs {Or whatever herb you like. Rosemary works perfectly as well)
What to do now?
What I like to do first is grill the portobello mushrooms. I gently cover them in olive oil top and bottom then sprinkle it with a little salt, pepper and herbs. I place the over a hot grill or toaster oven until the crust becomes dry. You may throw in your eggplants in as well.
Next, mash the avocados depending on the consistency you like. Some like it chunky, some like it like mayo. You decide. Add salt, pepper, paprika and chili flakes. Use this as your "mayo" to be put on the bottom of the mushroom caps.
Then start stacking your veggies. I only used what I had in my pantry but you may add whatever you like. Add lettuce, tomatoes, tofu, etc.
That's it basically. Your vegan burger. Depending on the size of you mushroom caps you can make one bug one or a few sliders. Enjoy!
