As a blogger, one of the things I’m often asked is
"How on earth did you get started with all this?” For as long as I can remember, I've loved to share my passions, peeves, and points of view with others around me. This Foodie Cooks has added immense value to my life, and I love having the chance to share my passions and wonderings with my loyal readers. I've also decided to become a vegetarian and pseudo vegan do to improve my overall wellness and being. Cooking my own food and creating my own recipes sparked the passion in me and without effeort, I've shed of the excess-- slowly but surely. Grocery & market shopping and discovering new and in-season produce excite me. Plating my food and taking photographs has been my new talent that I never thought possible.
By the way, I eyeball measurments for most of my recipes. I think that's one of my greatest skills.
