Eating healthy requires a lot of discipline. And to live a healthy lifestyle, you have to go for healthier options. If you have any health issues like Diabetes, you have to choose your fruits well. If you have gout, beans and other legumes have to be taken in moderation to make sure you don't wake up with achy joints. And when losing the excess weight is your reason for going healthy, sugar in general should be minimized. Your diet must consist of more greens, good fats, and grains.

So, when you start craving for something sweet, these bliss balls are your go to snack. They essentially made of fruit, superfoods and dark chocolate which is good for you.

One bliss ball, I would say, can feel like a Xanax when you're starting to have an anxiety. The sweet craving is the anxiety and the bliss ball is the Xanax. Takes the edge off. The mix of dark chocolate, blueberries, walnuts and hemp hearts are a perfect burst of flavor and texture inside your mouth. The perfect food high.

How To Make These Bliss Balls:

100g Golden Raisins

1/3 cup Dried Blueberries

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Nuggets

1/8 cup Dark Cocoa Powder

Hemp Hearts to roll them on :P

What to do now?

Just throw them in the food processor until gooey. I suggest putting the batter inside the refrigerator before making them into little balls of yumminess. Roll them over hemp hearts. Put in sealed container and place in chiller.

Do not overdose on these. It still has sugar ;D
