I've discovered about 2 years ago that they sold frozen roti in our grocery. According to Wikipedia, Roti (also known as chapati) is a flat bread originating from the Indian subcontinent, made from stoneground wholemeal flour, traditionally known as atta flour, that originated and is consumed in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Maldives and Bangladesh.
The way frozen roti is cooked is from its frozen state, you put it over a nonstick pan in medium heat. You have to watch it carefully as not to burn it. You will know it starts cooking when the roti start to inflate like a balloon. You may occasionally flip it every now and then to see if both side cook evenly. What we want is a golden toasty color.
Once cooked it can be eaten in so many ways. the traditional one is eating it with curry or any dish with sauce.
Another way I've come up with to eat roti is make is as the crust for a pizza. Today, I want to show you how I made this awesome breakfast pizza. The ingridients I used are all breakfast essentials for health buffs. Check it out!

After cooking the roti, I topped it with peanut butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts, crushed walnuts, grilled banana, honey and cinnamon. *drool*
